Manda Bay Resort

Located in the northern tip of Manda Island in Lamu, Manda Bay retreat is a privately owned boutique resort that gives you a touch of exclusivity, luxury and privacy. The resort lies in a secluded location where you can enjoy your own time from the rest of the world and enjoy simplistic beauty in palm thatched cottages and open living spaces.  The resort boasts of an untouched beach experience with soft white sand on a private beach and Coconut palms mixed with Dum palms, Acacia Tortilis and a variety of wildlife.

ROOM TYPE AT MANDA BAY RESORT

Being a boutique resort, Manda Bay resort has 22 rooms. Of the 22 rooms, eleven are Beachfront Rooms, five are Palm Rooms and six are Garden Rooms.

• Garden Rooms - situated in the middle of the property, these rooms are more ideal for single travelers with kids, travelers looking for convenient access to rooms as well as travelers looking not to break the bank.
• Palm Rooms - situated slightly further back from the Seawall on higher ground behind the Beachfront rooms. These rooms give you a perfect feel of the sea breeze.
• Beachfront Rooms - situated right on the seawall and are therefore closest to the water and beach when it comes out at low tide. This category boasts of very spacious rooms.
