Southern Palms Beach Resort property spreads over 10 acres of mature tropical gardens and coconut palms. There are eight accommodation blocks: 78 rooms on four floors in building one, 40-rooms on four floors in building two, 30 rooms on 3 floors in the rest.

Southern Palms Beach Resort guest rooms are air-conditioned, feature a locally carved ‘Pili Pili’ four poster double bed, a standard sized single day bed, which converts to a second bed, and ceramic tiled floors.
